

I love grilling and when it is this hot in the Summer and cooking in the kitchen is not an option... the charcoal comes out and so does some of my favorite Summertime eats.
We made de-lish Kabobs and for desert I threw on some caramel soaked peaches.
If you want to make something similar to this here is what you will need.
6 -8 peaches or nectarines
1/4 cup of caramel liquor or in our case Starbucks caramel flavored syrup
1 tsp of sea salt
let that all soak together for an hour then place face down right onto your hot grill
once you have a nice char on both sides of your peaches place 2-3 peach halves in a bowl and add a scoop of your favorite ice cream and a dollop of home made whipped cream-
We did a sugar free Turtle Sundae and I like to let my home made whipped cream get a little frosty in the freezer before I serve it.
Top this little heap of heaven with some crushed graham crackers or amaretto cookies and enjoy!
